Collins Fish & Seafood - Miami, FL – Fifth year in a row of successful, constantly improving audit scores.

Blessing Seafood - Tucson, AZ – Developed their seafood HACCP Program and helped them prepare for a vendor ordered third party audit, which the passed.

Royal Gourmet Foods - San Diego, CA – Manufactures a wide variety of specialty foods including sushi products. Developed their seafood HACCP Program. Inspected a newly acquired facility in Tijuana, Mexico and provided written, actionable recommendations to bring the processing plant up to U.S. standards.

Royal Crown Bottling Company – Winchester, VA – Parent company now requires passing AIB audits. We are helping them now and are confident they will pass with our help. WE HAVE NEVER FAILED AN AUDIT. And they passed the new 2009 AiB Consolidated Standards on 1-8-09.

Dutch Maid Bakery - Dorchester, MA – Helped company prepare for third party GMP audits to SQF standards. Assignment commenced in July 2008 and is ongoing. Passed three audits with continual improvement!

PAXS Distributors - Long Beach, CA – Developed Sushi Rice HACCP Program in accordance with local laws.

TAO Restaurant - New York, NY – Developed Sushi Rice HACCP Program in accordance with local laws.

Lemongrass Restaurant - Caribe Hilton Hotel - San Juan, PR – Developed Sushi Rice HACCP Program in accordance with local laws.

The Fresh Grocer - Philadelphia, PA – Developed Sushi Rice HACCP Program in accordance with local laws.

Mogami Premium Sushi - Mercy Medical Center - Baltimore, MD – Developed Sushi Rice HACCP Program in accordance with local laws.

Ginza Sushi - Bloomfield, CT – Developed Complete Wholesale Sushi HACCP Program in accordance with federal and local laws. Hazards included control of parasites, scombrotoxins, clostridium botulinum and pathogens.

Marriott Philadelphia Downtown – Developed Sushi Rice HACCP Program in accordance with local laws.

Sake Sushi – Helped wholesale sushi manufacurer resolve violations with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Chad's Stuffed Quahogs - East Falmouth, MA – Chad took over a defunct East Falmouth, MA, but state of the art shellfish processing plant and put his 15-year experience into manufacturing the best, safest, and most consistent product on the market. They also have portioned shells made from FDA approved sugar based fiber, oven and microwave safe.

Allied Pacific Food Company – Zhanjiang & Dalian, China – Collaborated with law firm to remove large shrimp farmer/processor from Import Alert 16-131. Facilitated audit and reassessed HACCP Programs, all with speedy and positive results that exempted them from the Import Alert, exceeding all expectations.

Collins Fish – Miami, FL – Second year in a row securing an "Superior" AIB audit score – 3-07

Sierra Leone – Currently developing spiny lobster fishing business developing policies and procedures from fishing, to processing, to logistics.

Atlantic Pelagic Seafood – NH – Prepared onboard HACCP & Sanitation Programs for the processing vessel "American Freedom" with products intended for export.

Globe Fish - Boston, MA – Streamlining and will maintain their Seafood HACCP Program.

Collins Fish - Miami, FL – Preparing for important GMP Audit and maintain their Seafood HACCP Program.

USAID- Washington, DC – Send by United States government, to Senegal, The Gambia, Cape Verde and Mauritania to help more than 2-dozen seafood processors with HACCP Programs acceptable for export into the United States. Currently making introductions to potential buyers (U.S. Importers) and preparing for smooth flow of quality products into the U.S.

Compass Seafood - Charlestown, RI – Developed Importer Verification Procedures.

Euro Foods USA - Brooklyn, NY – Developed and maintain HACCP Program and act as liaison on Importation matters to ensure smooth flow of undetained product into the U.S.

Gloucester Seafood Display Auction - Gloucester, MA – Developed and maintain Seafood HACCP Program. Ongoing 2010.

Cold Springs Fish & Supply - Cape May, NY – Streamlined and maintain Seafood HACCP Program. Ongoing 2010.

Carl Barnes Trucking - Miami, FL - Developed HACCP Program for trucking company that picks-up, stores and delivers a variety of domestic and imported fishery products, fresh and frozen.

Silver Spoon Salads Company - Chelsea, MA - Developed FDA Seafood HACCP, and USDA Meat HACCP and Sanitation Programs and acted as on-site liaison with the USDA.

South China Seafood - City of Industry, CA - Developed HACCP & Sanitation programs, Importer Verification Procedures (Product Specifications, Guarantee Letters, expedited exporter "Affirmative Steps" and acted as liaison with the Food & Drug Administration.

Schulstad Royal Danish Pastry - Lisle, IL - Advised on label changes in 2 products.

Maria's Gourmet Pasta Products - Malden, MA - Developed HACCP and Sanitation Programs for manufacturer of gourmet lobster, crab, scallop and salmon ravioli. Ongoing reassessments 2010.

Lilly's Gastronomia Italiana - Everett, MA - Developed HACCP and Sanitation Programs for manufacturer of gourmet lobster, crab, scallop and salmon ravioli.

True World Foods - Nationwide - Helped to develop accurate and efficient HACCP Programs and developed an alternate method (other than freezing or cooking) of controlling parasites for products sold to sushi restaurants.

Stacy's Pita Chip Company - Randolph, MA, USA - Acting HACCP Coordinator.
Developed and Maintain voluntary HACCP program for ground-breaking manufacturer of natural baked pita chips. Sold in wholesale and grocery stores throughout the U.S. Prepared Master Food Safety and Quality Manual for Costco Audit. Scored 97% with Silliker and was awarded Gold Certificate for Excellence.

Sea Gold Ocean Products - New Bedford, MA, USA - Ongoing Assignment.
Assisted in the development, and maintain mandatory Seafood HACCP Program. Develop Ingredient and Nutritional Label for all products.

Alpha Chemical Services - Stoughton, MA, USA - Work In Process.
Developing voluntary HACCP Program for antioxidant fruit and vegetable dip. Submitted registration documents to the Food & Drug Administration in accordance with the Bioterrorism Act of 2002.

Four Seas Seafood - Boston, MA, USA - April 2004 Reassessment.
Reassessing HACCP Program and updating for new shellfish requirements and adding pasteurized, canned crab & lobster.

Rice Field Corporation - City of Industry, CA, USA - Completed 3-04.
Developed Importer Procedures, checked foreign processors HACCP Programs and interfaced with the Food & Drug Administration.

Ocean Cliff Corporation - New Bedford, MA - Designed, installed and maintains automatic process monitoring and data storage system at critical locations throughout their cook, condense, cool and store process line. Developed HACCP Program
